These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trip Todays website and any travel-assistance services we provide. By using the website, requesting a quote, or asking us to arrange travel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
1. Our role
Trip Todays provides travel information and may act as an intermediary between customers and independent airlines, ticketing providers, consolidators, payment providers, and other travel suppliers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not operate aircraft and do not control a supplier’s schedules, inventory, rules, service quality, or performance. The supplier’s own terms and conditions also apply to any booking.
2. Quotes, fares, and availability
Website prices and advertised fares are examples or “from” prices unless expressly identified as a confirmed offer. Fares, taxes, fees, exchange rates, schedules, routes, baggage allowances, and seat availability can change without notice. A quote is not guaranteed until the applicable supplier confirms the reservation, full required payment has been received, and a valid ticket or booking confirmation has been issued.
3. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, airports, destinations, connection times, fare rules, baggage information, and all other itinerary details before authorizing a booking. Passenger names must match the relevant travel documents. You must provide complete and accurate information and promptly notify us of any error.
4. Passports, visas, health, and entry requirements
You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, transit documents, permits, health documents, and any other requirements for all destinations and connections. Entry requirements can change. Information we provide is general and should be independently verified with the relevant government, embassy, consulate, or other official authority before travel.
5. Payments and ticket issuance
Payment terms will be communicated before booking. You authorize the applicable charges when you instruct us to proceed. A card issuer, payment processor, airline, or other supplier may impose additional requirements or fees. We may decline or cancel a transaction where payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, information is incomplete, or a supplier will not confirm the reservation.
6. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds are subject to the fare rules and policies of the relevant supplier. Many fares are non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to penalties and fare differences. Our own disclosed service or processing fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Refund timing is controlled partly by suppliers and payment providers, and we cannot guarantee when an approved refund will appear.
7. Schedule changes and disruptions
Airlines may change or cancel flights, aircraft, seats, routes, or schedules. Weather, government action, labor activity, technical issues, security events, public-health events, and other circumstances may also disrupt travel. We will provide reasonable assistance where requested, but remedies are determined by applicable law and supplier policies.
8. Baggage, seats, and special requests
Baggage allowances, seat assignments, meals, accessibility assistance, loyalty benefits, and other requests are controlled by suppliers and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the supplier. You are responsible for reviewing current baggage rules and restrictions before travel.
9. Website content
We aim to keep the website accurate, but content may be incomplete, delayed, or outdated. Images may be illustrative. You may use the website only for lawful, personal travel-planning purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, or misuse its content or branding.
10. Communications
By contacting us, you authorize us to respond using the telephone number, email address, or messaging channel you provide. Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted, and you may opt out at any time. Standard carrier charges may apply.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and general travel information are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Todays will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for acts or omissions of independent travel suppliers. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid directly to Trip Todays for the affected service, except where a different limitation is required by law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Trip Todays harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the website, or inaccurate information you provide.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Trip Todays business entity providing your service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer rights and venue rules remain unaffected. The governing jurisdiction and dispute process should be confirmed in your booking documentation.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. The Terms in effect when you complete a booking will apply to that transaction unless law or a supplier requirement provides otherwise.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed to Trip Todays using the telephone number or other contact details displayed on our website.
